Price is for TWO tires with tubes, sold as a pair. Order qty 1 = 2 tires with tubes. These are new American Farmer brand I-3 traction implement tires size 5.90-15 , these are often used as a drive tire on implements such as hay rakes. These are 4 ply rated for 1140 lbs per tire at 36 psi. The manufacturer lists the specs as 26.2" tall, section width 5.9" when mounted on a 4.5" rim width.  These are designated as tubeless and can be used as such however every application I have seen them on was older equipment with tube type wheels so new tubes are included. If you don't want the tubes let me know and we can leave them out and deduct the tubes off but keep in mind your wheel must be a new modern TUBELESS wheel (center portion will be welded in not riveted) that is not all rusted and pitted if you plan on using them tubeless.
