Radial tire flap for 16" split rims on light trucks. Can be used in either radial or bias tires. This flap has an offset stem hole which was commonly used on the old light truck split rim wheels using the TR150 stem tube. It is NOT FOR USE on forklift or industrial wheels with centered stem hole that use the TR440 stem tube. Flap is a 16R6.9 radial flap which is equivalent to a 16"x7" in bias flap numbering. Stem hole has metal reinforcement plate.
