Price is for ONE tire and ONE tube. Order qty 1 = 1 tire with straight stem tube. These are new 4.00-6 Non Highway Service (NHS) tires for use on garden carts, wheelbarrows, small wagons, and other slow speed off highway applications. Some Chinese tires on the carts and wheelbarrows will just say 14X4 on the sidewall they are the same as a 4.00-6.These are 4 ply rated for 445 lbs per tire at 50 psi. I include new tubes with them because tubeless wheelbarrow or cart tires are flat every-time you want to use them and are often popped loose from the wheel. With tubes they do gradually lose some air pressure over time from the natural seepage all tires have however with tubes you can easily air them back up and don't have to fight or struggle getting the beads reseated like you do on a tubeless one.
