This is the the pump ONLY, the puncture sealant is sold separately. This is the special tire sealant application pump for the 5 or 6 gallon pails of Magnum Sealitup tire sealant. Includes a clip on chuck with clear hose so you can see the sealant flowing. Each stroke applies approx 8 oz sealant.

   When applying sealant hold the chuck on with one hand and pump SLOWLY with the other hand. If you try and pump too fast it will clog the valve stem then build up pressure in the hose and blow it off spraying sealant everywhere, trust me I know! If you do clog the stem pumping in the sealant try blowing air through the stem to clear it and if that doesn't work carefully use a piece of wire or drill bit to unclog the stem.
