TEN TR545 tubeless truck tire valve stems. These fit the new style Alcoa aluminum commercial truck and semi wheels both 22.5" and 24.5" They have a 60 degree bend and use the nut that goes on the outside of the wheel. They use an o-ring seal recessed in the stem to seal.
